Tammra started in banking in 1981 quickly rising from a new account representative to manager 1985.Earning a reputation as a problem solver for failing banking centers. Building customer relationships is her strength and focusing on their benefit her passion. Entering into the investment arena in 1984 quickly it became the centerpiece to help her clientele. Building client relationships from Desoto,Dallas,Waxahachie, Waco,Mexia ,Marlin,Mart,West. Always searching for ways to improve the service to her clients which has lead her to Feliciano Financial Group and Holistic Investing.

Susan Mackie
Susan Mackie has 30 plus years in the banking industry, as both a manager and Financial Advisor. She has worked with many clients in Central Texas taking care of their financial needs and building lasting relationships. Jason Gross – Financial Advisor
With a father as a best friend and a mother and sister whom he loves and admires, it’s easy to see why Jason Gross has a large sense of family that extends into his business life. His deep appreciation for old-fashioned values and ethics is reflected in a stability and maturity way beyond his years, a legacy he claims, that stems from a culture of hard work and appreciation that surrounded him, growing up.
Easy-going and a self-proclaimed prankster by nature Jason represents the next generation within their financial services firm. Originally a retail and mortgage banker he relocated to Texarkana to join Jimmy and Nick and learn the financial services business. It was a natural fit for the man who says: “The nicest thing about helping people, is knowing you’ve made a difference and guided them thoughtfully through some of the biggest decisions in their lives. People appreciate it when you care. My clients become friends. I establish life long relationships.”
Although Jason is proud to have played baseball for Arkansas high school and the American legion he describes his biggest accomplishment as graduating from the University of Central Arkansas. Like all the men in his family he has a deep love of the land, hunting, sports and fishing. His biggest dream is to own land in different states, where he can take family and friends to celebrate life.

Lisa Lindsey – Executive Advisor Sales Assistant
Voted ‘Most Dependable’ in high school, Lisa Lindsey knew from an early age that she wanted to be a secretary, earning awards for her typing skills. She’d always told her grandfather she would take care of things at his business, so the fact that she’s known as ‘Mom’ at both home and at work is no coincidence.
Lisa is never bored. Immersed in a business that constantly changes and evolves, she finds herself challenged to grow and learn every day. Organizing the office, which is run with a combination of efficiency and warmth, she provides an energetic, yet stable, support system to both the representatives and their clients.
Lisa began her career working with Metlife, where she was rapidly promoted to Assistant Agency Administrator, and then further promoted in 1996 to Agency Administrator. In 2000 she joined the Gross and Williamson financial firm, working with Nick Williamson and Jimmy Gross as their Senior Assistant in Texarkana.
Wanting to make a difference began early in her life with her father, her late mother, and two brothers. Although she is the youngest of three siblings, she is the eldest and only daughter and ably fills the role of ‘Mom’.
She always encourages those she meets to have fun and be the very best version of themselves. She says: “I was lucky. I grew up surrounded with happiness. I want to pay it forward by being able to touch lives and leave them warm and strong.”
Finally and most importantly, Lisa is blessed to be married to the love of her life. This gift fills her with great joy and fulfillment.

Tim provides coaching and consulting services to the advisors and employees within the Feliciano Financial Group family. With Series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts Representative ) & 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) and Group 1 (Insurance), Tim offices in north Dallas and also serves the firm as a Registered Representative with his production focused on the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He joined Feliciano Financial Group in November 2007 and previously was an investment representative and life agent for New York Life. Tim is a graduate of The University of Texas @ Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and had an extensive portion of his career in management within the radio industry. He is an avid and passionate Longhorn sports fan and also enjoys running, golf, baseball, following his son’s athletic pursuits , and the weekly workout effort of keeping in top physical condition.
Tim resides in Dallas with his wife, Janet and their two sons, Matt and Jake.
